XIA Configuration 16.0 was released earlier this year with the following new functionality:
Microsoft Entra ID
Support for documenting Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).
Azure
Scanning and documenting Azure no longer requires the Az cmdlets.
Multifactor Authentication
The ability to scan Microsoft online services such as Azure, Microsoft Entra and Exchange Online using multifactor authentication with a new Microsoft Online Agent UI tool.
Service Principal Creation
The ability to automatically create a service principal to scan Azure, Microsoft Entra and Exchange Online.
